Fried – brain sandwiches

This oyster is not a kind that we can find at the bottom of the sea. This “oyster” is a name given to the deep-fried testicles of a buffalo, bull or boar. They are often fried after being peeled, coated with flour, pepper and sometimes pounded flat. This food is most often served as an appetizer with cocktail sauce dip. Rocky Mountain Oyster is well-known and enjoyed in certain parts of the United States and Western Canada, usually where cattle ranching are prevalent.

Stuffed camel is claimed to be a traditional Bedouin wedding dish, served at the weddings of sheikhs and of their family members. Since the fish has toxic in the liver, gonad glands, and skin, only a trained chef who can prepare this dish in such a way as to make a little toxic mixed into the dish.
